How to Change the Billing Cycle for Your Hosting Service

Switching Billing Cycles (Monthly, Annually, Multi-Year) #

You can easily upgrade your hosting billing cycle—for instance, switching from monthly billing to annual or biennial billing to take advantage of discounted renewal rates—directly from your Client Area.

Step-by-Step Instructions: #

1. Sign in to your Tarweig Client Area.
2. Go to Services → My Services and click on the hosting package you want to modify.
3. In the left-hand sidebar under Actions, click Upgrade/Downgrade Options or Change Billing Cycle:

   

4. Choose your new desired billing cycle (e.g., 12 Months, 24 Months, or 36 Months).
5. The system will calculate the pro-rated difference and generate an invoice.
6. Proceed through checkout to finalize the new billing cycle.
