How to Delegate Access to Your Cloudflare Account

If your domain DNS and CDN proxy are managed through Cloudflare and you need our technical support team to configure SSL certificates or DNS records, you can invite our team safely using Cloudflare’s Member Management.

Step-by-Step Instructions: #

1. Log in to the Cloudflare Dashboard.
2. Select your account from the top navigation.
3. In the left sidebar, click Manage Account → Members:

   

4. Click Invite Members.
5. Enter the Tarweig technician email address specified in your support ticket.
6. Under Scope, select the specific domain you need assistance with.
7. Under Roles, assign DNS Administrator or Administrator Read Only.
8. Click Send Invitation.
