All shared hosting and WordPress hosting packages are provisioned instantly upon successful payment. You will receive an automated welcome email containing your server credentials and nameservers within minutes.

### 2. Do you provide free website migration?

Yes! Our migration experts will transfer your cPanel accounts, WordPress installations, and databases to Tarweig completely free of charge with zero downtime. Simply open a migration ticket in your Client Area after signing up.

### 3. Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan later?

Yes. You can scale your hosting plan (e.g., from Starter to Pro or Cloud VPS) at any time through your Client Area with zero service disruption. The cost difference is calculated pro-rata.

### 4. What nameservers should I point my domain to?
