# Troubleshooting: I Can’t Log In to My Tarweig Account

## Resolving Client Area Login Issues

If you are experiencing difficulty signing in to your Tarweig Client Area, follow these troubleshooting steps to quickly restore access:

### 1. Check Email Address & Password Accuracy

- Ensure Caps Lock is turned off.
- Confirm that you are using the primary email address registered with your Tarweig account (not a cPanel email or alias).
- Ensure there are no accidental spaces before or after your email address.

### 2. Reset Your Password

If you suspect your password is incorrect, click [Forgot Password?](https://clients.tarweig.com/password/reset) on the login page to receive a password reset link.

### 3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Issues

- Verify that the clock on your mobile device is accurately synchronized (time drift can cause TOTP codes to fail).
- If you lost access to your authenticator app, use the emergency backup recovery code provided during 2FA setup.

### 4. Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

Old cached sessions or corrupted cookies can interfere with login tokens. Try clearing your browser cache or opening an Incognito / Private browsing window.
