### 1. Guarantee Duration by Service Type

- **45-Day Money-Back Guarantee:** Applies to Shared Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Managed WordPress Hosting.
- **7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:** Applies exclusively to Cloud VPS Hosting plans due to dedicated resource allocations.

The guarantee period begins on the exact activation date of your service, not the order placement date.

### 2. Eligible Services & Products

Our refund policy applies to primary hosting account fees. The following services and third-party fees are non-refundable:

- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals (governed by registry fees).
- Dedicated IP addresses.
- Third-party software licenses (such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, WHMCS licenses).
- SSL certificates and security add-ons (SiteLock, SpamExperts).
- Custom administrative or data migration fees.

### 3. Free Domain Name Terms upon Cancellation

If your hosting package included a free domain name promotion and you cancel within the money-back guarantee period, the standard non-refundable retail fee for the domain registration will be deducted from your refund amount. You retain full ownership and DNS control of the registered domain.
