Authoritative nameservers connect your registered domain name to your hosting account, directing web visitors, SSL certificates, and email traffic to your server.
How to Find Your Tarweig Nameservers #
You can locate your authoritative nameservers inside the Tarweig Client Area in a few simple steps:
- Log in to your Tarweig Client Area.
- From the client dashboard, locate the Active Services section and click on your hosting service.
- Under the Actions menu on the left, click the Server Information icon.
You will find the nameservers for directing your domains. These nameservers are compatible with our Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting services.
If you’re using our Reseller Hosting or Cloud VPS, you have two choices for nameservers:
- Private / Branded Nameservers: Create custom nameservers using your own domain (e.g.,
ns1.yourdomain.comandns2.yourdomain.com). See our Private Nameservers Guide. - Standard Server Nameservers: Use the default nameservers assigned to your server, listed in your hosting welcome email.
What Is My Server’s IP Address? #
If you prefer keeping your domain’s DNS managed externally while directing web traffic to Tarweig, you can update your domain’s primary A record to point directly to your server’s IP address.
You can also quickly locate your server IP inside your cPanel dashboard under the General Information sidebar on the right.
